We're Hiring: Senior Manager - Finance (Business Partnering & Controllership) | Gurgaon

What You'll Own:

- Revenue, cost, and profitability analysis across business verticals

- Unit economics and business case evaluation for new initiatives

- MIS, dashboards, and business performance reporting

- Variance analysis with actionable insights

- Partner with Business, Sales, Product, and Leadership on key decisions

- Books of accounts, month-end close, and financial statement accuracy

- Statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end closure

- Regulatory and secretarial compliance, including ESOP/CCPS matters

- Internal financial controls and governance

- Tax and statutory compliance across finance operations

We're Looking For:

- 4-7 years in business finance/FP&A and controllership, ideally at a high-growth startup

- CA (mandatory), strong in Ind AS, tax, and financial controls

- Hands-on with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, audits, and compliance

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Power BI/Tableau a plus)

- Sharp at turning data into business recommendations

- Strong stakeholder management across business and audit/regulatory teams
