We're looking for a Senior Manager - Finance who can build robust financial processes, ensure governance, and partner with the business to drive sustainable growth.

What You'll Own:

- End-to-end Controllership & Financial Reporting

- Revenue Assurance & Reconciliation Frameworks

- Statutory Financial Statements (Ind AS)

- Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance

- Internal & External Audit Management

- Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight

- Month-end, Quarter-end & Year-end Closures

- Business Partnering with FP&A and Leadership

We're Looking For:

- Qualified CA with 6-8 years of relevant experience

- Background in a Big 6 accounting firm and/or a high-growth startup is highly preferred

- Strong understanding of Ind AS, accounting standards, tax compliance, and controllership

- Hands-on experience in audits, general ledger management, and financial reporting

- Passion for process improvement, automation, and building scalable finance operations

- A proactive, business-first mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills
