Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership & Growth:
- Own and drive regional revenue targets across categories such as fashion, food, beauty, and retail.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company revenue goals.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and drive monetisation of merchant partners.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure achievement of regional KPIs.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams including Area Managers, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Associates.
- Set clear targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback to team members.
- Hire and onboard new team members to strengthen regional coverage.
Business Development & Merchant Acquisition:
- Drive large-scale merchant acquisition and expand partner base across the region.
- Build strong relationships with key merchants, brands, and strategic partners.
- Ensure high merchant satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Support teams in closing high-value and strategic deals.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee end-to-end sales lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, monetisation, and collections.
- Track sales funnel, conversion metrics, and optimize sales processes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve merchant outcomes.
- Provide regular revenue forecasts, reports, and market insights to leadership.
