We're now looking for a Senior Product Manager (Demand/Growth) to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our platform.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the demand-side growth strategy-from user acquisition and activation to engagement and monetization. You'll drive initiatives that boost app traffic, transactions, and repeat usage, collaborating closely with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead demand and growth product strategy to achieve business metrics like DAUs, retention, and GMV.
- Build growth funnels: Optimize onboarding, referrals, loyalty programs, and personalized engagement.
- Experimentation: Drive A/B tests and growth experiments to increase conversion and retention.
- Data-driven insights: Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, and iterate on learnings.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing and operations to launch growth campaigns and new features.
- User-first mindset: Constantly enhance UX to improve activation, conversion, and repeat visits.
- Revenue impact: Design growth levers that directly drive monetization and order frequency.
- AI & Personalization: Leverage data models for smarter recommendations, pricing, and targeted offers.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-8 years of product management experience, with 3+ years in growth, demand, or consumer product roles (preferably food tech/e-commerce).
- Proven track record of scaling demand or driving user growth in high-growth tech startups.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-first approach (SQL/Excel/analytics tools).
- Experience with growth frameworks, funnel optimization, and retention strategies.
- Ability to balance customer-centric design thinking with business metrics.
- Hands-on experience in running A/B tests, cohort analysis, and growth experiments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bonus: Exposure to AI-driven growth features (recommendation engines, dynamic pricing, etc.).
