Manager - Investor Relations - Gurgaon

We're looking for a finance professional with 4 - 7 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Equity Research. Big 4 experience will be an added advantage.

Role Overview :

The Manager - Investor Relations will serve as the primary bridge between Samast Technologies and the investment community. In this role, you will be responsible for articulating the company's financial performance, strategic vision, and growth trajectory to existing and prospective investors. You will work closely with the leadership team and the finance department to synthesize complex financial data into compelling narratives that support fundraising efforts and maintain strong stakeholder confidence. Your work will directly influence the company's capital structure and long-term strategic positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare detailed financial models, pitch decks, and quarterly reports to provide stakeholders with transparent insights into business performance and operational metrics.

- Manage the end-to-end fundraising process by coordinating with potential investors, conducting due diligence, and facilitating meetings to secure capital requirements.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and macroeconomic shifts to provide the leadership team with actionable intelligence for corporate strategy.

- Maintain a robust database of investor interactions and ensure timely responses to queries, fostering long-term relationships with venture capital and private equity partners.
