Head-Banking & Partnerships Roles & Responsibility: 1. Banking Partnership Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive Bank partnership strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives. Identify and prioritize potential partners, with a focus on - - Credit Card Cos for getting Offers for our users. - NBFCs/ banks for merchant loans. - NBFCs/ banks for consumer loans. - Fintechs for partnerships. - Partnerships for listing our deals discounts on other platforms including banks/ credit card cos etc. 2. Relationship Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives and decision-makers. - Collaborate with partners to identify joint business opportunities and develop strategies for mutual success. 3. Negotiation and Contract Management: - Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish terms, agreements, and collaboration - frameworks. - Draft and manage partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 4. Product Integration: - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner products/services with our offerings. - Drive innovation by exploring opportunities for co-branded or integrated solutions. 5. Market Analysis: - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to partnerships with banks and payment gateways. - Provide regular market insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making. 6. Performance Tracking and Reporting: - Develop and implement metrics to track the success of partnerships, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion. - Provide regular reports to the executive team on the status and impact of key partnerships.
