Magicpin - Growth/Category Manager - Credit Lending

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Category & Business Ownership

- Own the vision, roadmap, and growth of the Credit & Lending category across merchants, riders, and consumers.

- Lead and scale initiatives across loan acquisition, activation, retention, and repeat usage.

- Manage P&L; outcomes and ensure balanced performance across growth, risk, margins, and unit economics.

2. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard NBFCs, banks, fintech partners, etc.

- Lead commercial negotiations and define long-term operating models for credit & lending programs.

- Drive joint business planning and ensure consistent partner delivery.

3. Product & Journey Development

- Design intuitive and high-conversion lending journeys across onboarding, assessment, disbursal, and collections.

- Improve funnels, reduce friction, and enhance user experience across all lending touchpoints

4. Strategy & GTM Execution

- Define the GTM strategy for credit & lending across merchant working-capital products, rider credit lines, and consumer BNPL/short-term credit.

- Identify high-value customer cohorts and design targeted lending funnels.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Partner with operations, finance, risk, compliance, and customer support for seamless execution.

- Build SOPs and frameworks across collections, reconciliations, risk monitoring, and escalations.

- Proactively identify bottlenecks and ensure scalable lending processes
