About the Role :
We are seeking a General Manager - Ad Sales to independently connect with national brands, pitch magicpin's advertising solutions, and onboard them onto the platform.
This is a senior role focused on driving advertising revenue, building strong brand relationships, and expanding magicpin's advertiser base across categories. The person will independently lead brand outreach, manage key accounts, and deliver high-impact marketing solutions that meet client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Independently identify, engage, pitch, and onboard brands and media agencies for advertising on magicpin.
- Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with marketing heads, digital teams, CMOs, brand managers, and agency stakeholders.
- Drive revenue contribution by acquiring new advertisers and growing business from existing accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle - outreach, pitching, negotiations, deal closure, campaign briefing, and ongoing account nurturing.
- Develop persuasive proposals and custom solutions tailored to a brand's marketing objectives.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new advertising formats and demand levers to drive brand outcomes.
- Maintain a structured pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure consistent progress toward revenue targets.
