Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for institutional and builder channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders: builders, developers, architects, and project consultants.
- Lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Channel Partners across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala.
- Identify new project opportunities and ensure product specification and approvals.
- Drive dealer/distributor network expansion and optimize channel performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for regional needs.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure timely collections, credit control, and compliance with company policies.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 15-20 years of experience in the real estate/affiliated industries.
- Good Rapport with the Builders will be an added advantage.
- Good Communication skill is must.
