Role & responsibilities

As the Zonal Business Head, you will lead regional sales operations, driving strategic growth and market leadership across your zone. Focused on engaging real estate Builders, you will be responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets and unlocking new revenue opportunities through Magicbricks diverse product suite.


This role demands a strategic thinker and strong leader who can build high-performing teams, foster key client relationships, and deliver customer-centric solutions. You will leverage your expertise in real estate or digital advertising to enhance market penetration, contribute to product innovation, and maintain a dynamic, ethical, and performance-driven culture.

- Strategic Oversight: Devise and implement innovative annual and quarterly sales strategies to exceed targets and propel regional expansion.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of Account Managers and foster a culture of excellence and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

- Relationship Management: Forge and nurture robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, elevate customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and efficient issue resolution.

- Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to shape and refine offerings based on market demands and ensure seamless coordination among team members.
