Job Title: Senior Manager - HR Business Partner Location : Noida Sector, 16A, Film City Responsibilities: - Lead strategic human resource initiatives to align with organizational objectives and enhance employee engagement. - Develop competency frameworks aligned with organizational goals, conduct gap analysis, and collaborate with department heads for talent development. - Design and implement succession planning strategies, partnering with leadership to create career development plans and ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes. - Create clear career paths and frameworks for all employees, providing guidance and support for career development and advancement. - Develop and execute employee engagement strategies, conducting surveys and implementing initiatives to foster a positive work culture. - Promote the employer brand to attract top talent, collaborating with marketing teams and representing the organization at industry events. - Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and meeting employee needs. - Conduct compensation benchmarking studies and analyze market data to inform compensation decisions.
