As part of our Business and IT Transformation journey, we are looking for a PMO (Program Manager / Project Manager) to drive structured execution, governance, and delivery across strategic initiatives.
Role Overview
The PMO (Program Manager / Project Manager) will be responsible for managing and governing the end-to-end execution of business and IT transformation programs. This role will ensure that business needs are translated into actionable project plans, stakeholders are aligned, governance processes are followed, and transformation outcomes are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Define, establish, and manage program/project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track and monitor progress, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Implement effective project governance, risk management, and issue resolution processes.
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and steering committees (SteerCo).
Business & IT Transformation Support
- Understand the business model, processes, challenges, and opportunities in logistics and mobility.
- Support documentation of As-Is and To-Be processes in collaboration with Business Analysts and business stakeholders.
- Drive requirement workshops and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
- Coordinate with implementation partners and ensure solutions are delivered as per agreed requirements.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Align and engage cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Leasing, Logistics, Finance, Customer Experience, etc.).
- Schedule, organize, and drive SteerCo and key project meetings, ensuring follow-ups and closure of action items.
- Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
Financials & Tracking
- Monitor and manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
- Ensure accurate reporting of financials, dependencies, and program risks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in Program/Project Management with exposure to business and IT transformation projects.
- Proven experience in PMO functions, governance frameworks, and large-scale IT/business implementations.
- Certification in PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum (preferred).
- Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and governance.
- Experience in logistics, leasing, mobility, or supply chain industries is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar).
