About the role

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Data Analyst - Business Development to join our growing team in the Electric Vehicle (EV) logistics industry. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to support strategic decision-making, optimize business growth opportunities, and strengthen our position in the sustainable mobility ecosystem.

- This role bridges data-driven insights with commercial strategy - empowering the Business Development team to identify new markets, assess partnerships, and drive growth in EV fleet operations, charging infrastructure, and logistics services.

Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Market Intelligence

- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities within the logistics ecosystem.

- Work with leadership & city teams to deliver business goals.

- Develop financial and operational models to evaluate new business ventures and partnership opportunities.

- Support pricing and contract strategies using cost and profitability analysis

2. Data Analytics & Reporting

- Analyze internal and external datasets - including delivery performance, charging data, and revenue KPIs.

- Build and maintain dashboards for tracking key Business Development metrics such as revenue pipeline, , and region-wise performance.

- Provide actionable insights to improve utilization of EV fleets.

3. Strategic Planning & Forecasting

- Support BD leadership in preparing data-backed presentations, market forecasts, and investment proposals.

- Use predictive modeling to forecast market demand, fleet requirements, and potential ROI on new initiatives.

- Collaborate with operations, product, and sustainability teams to align BD goals with company-wide EV deployment strategies.

4. Automation & Process Improvement

- Streamline data collection and reporting processes through automation

- Contribute to data governance practices and KPI standardization across departments.

- Employment type : Full-time, Permanent

- Location : Navi Mumbai

- Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays

Candidate requirements

Experience & Qualifications Required

- Master's Degree from B school.

- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst/ Program management, preferably in logistics or transportation sectors.

- Experience working with telematics or fleet management data is a strong plus

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with business acumen.

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel

- Deep understanding of logistics operations - & ability to understand data and optimize for business use cases.

- Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.

- Excellent communication for presenting to leadership and external partners.
