About: - Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve logistics-related problems such as demand forecasting, route optimization, inventory prediction, and shipment delay analysis. - Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured logistics data from systems such as TMS (Transportation Management Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP platforms. - Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track supply chain KPIs, operational performance, and model outputs using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. - Work cross-functionally with logistics, operations, procurement, and IT teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data science solutions. - Use SQL, Python, R, and big data tools to extract, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis and modeling. - Deploy models into production and monitor their performance to ensure accuracy and reliability over time. - Contribute to strategic initiatives such as logistics network design, warehouse automation, and sustainability optimization. - Conduct A/B testing and causal inference to evaluate changes in supply chain processes and logistics strategies
