Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management & Optimization
- Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of assets, including acquisition, deployment, utilization, maintenance, and disposal.
- Ensure assets are optimized for performance, ROI, and operational efficiency.
- Track asset performance metrics and recommend improvements or upgrades where necessary.
Financial & Strategic Planning
- Prepare budgets and forecasts related to asset acquisition, maintenance, and depreciation.
- Monitor asset-related costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Support strategic decision-making regarding investments in new assets and technology upgrades.
Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance schedules, service contracts, and inspections to ensure asset reliability and longevity.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Monitor asset risks and take proactive measures to mitigate operational or financial loss.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and statutory requirements related to assets.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for asset protection, security, and utilization.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset management, including physical, operational, and financial risks.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor the asset management team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, procurement, and other departments to align asset strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate asset-related plans, performance metrics, and risks to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 1215+ years of experience in asset management, facilities management, operations, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, financial planning, and operational optimization.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization related to assets.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards for asset management.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in asset management software, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in large-scale operations or multi-location asset management.
- Knowledge of technology-driven asset management systems, IoT-enabled monitoring, or predictive maintenance.
- Exposure to risk management, insurance, and asset valuation methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
