Job Description:

The Marketing Manager Gold Loan will develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, increase loan disbursements, and drive customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial product marketing and strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for Gold Loan products.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging and lead generation.

- Manage digital and offline marketing initiatives.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.

- Identify new market segments and partnerships to expand reach.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services.

- Strong knowledge of Gold Loan products is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills
