Job Description:

- The Internal Audit Officer will perform branch and financial audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and risk control.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audit processes within financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial and operational audits across branches.

- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings and corrective actions.

- Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and process compliance.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

- Communicate audit findings with relevant teams and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in internal audits, preferably in financial institutions.

- Knowledge of Gold Loan products and audit methodologies.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra
