Job Description:

The Branch Manager will lead daily operations of the branch, drive business growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role requires a result-oriented professional with experience in Gold Loan or NBFC branch management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff for performance improvement.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and relationship management.

- Implement local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and awareness.

- Maintain proper documentation, audit readiness, and operational discipline.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Management.

- 5-7 years of experience in branch management, preferably in NBFC.

- Strong leadership, customer-handling, and sales skills.

- Excellent communication and local market understanding
