Job Description:

The Area Manager will oversee multiple branch operations, ensuring achievement of business targets, compliance, and superior customer service.

This role requires a strong leader with deep knowledge of Gold Loan products and experience in team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise multiple branches and ensure adherence to operational and compliance standards.

- Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategies.

- Train, motivate, and guide branch staff for performance excellence.

- Conduct periodic audits and ensure portfolio quality.

- Handle escalated customer issues and grievances effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.

- 5 - 10 years of experience in branch or area operations management.

- Strong understanding of Gold Loan products and processes.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven track record in achieving targets and managing teams
