



Job Role - Talent Acquisition & Attrition Specialist

Summary:
- Seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on hiring for logistics, distribution, and operational environments.
- Skilled in recruiting, candidate engagement, employer branding, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Demonstrates independent decision-making, process ownership, and the ability to align hiring strategies with business needs. Experienced in mentoring junior team members and influencing hiring decisions through data and insights.
Location: Farukh Nagar
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience recruiting for warehouse environments.
- Experience in logistics hiring with a strong understanding of operational roles.
- Proficiency in using Workday or similar ATS.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute all stages of the recruitment process including:
- Talent sourcing
- Job advertising and posting
- Applicant screening and evaluation
- Interview coordination and assessment
- Offer and contract generation
- Onboarding support
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and assist in internal role transitions
Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through a mix of platforms, referrals, community outreach, and targeted campaigns.
- Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and operational timelines.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, operations leaders, and HR partners across multiple sites and functions.
- Provide consultative support on talent strategy, workforce planning & job market trends.
- Host regular check-ins and recruitment update sessions to manage expectations and refine hiring strategies.
Candidate Experience:
- Champion a positive candidate journey by ensuring timely communication, clear expectations, and consistent follow-ups.
- Create a seamless and engaging candidate journey, from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
- Ensure transparency, timely feedback, and positive communication throughout the interview process.
