Ensure that teaching design and delivery comply with the quality and educational standards and regulations of the University.  5. Ensure proper utilization of the faculties monitor their performance.   6. Take feedback from students at equal intervals to improve and enhance the teaching quality.  7. Ensure all the faculties follow their timetable and also monitor deadlines of student projects, field trips and seminars, events and other activities.  8. Take regular rounds within the campus and observe proper implementation of the tasks assigned.  9. Encourage faculties for further research studies, write research papers and publications, enhance their knowledge by giving them exposure to various streams.  10. Ensure 100% placement of students with year on year increase in their package.  11. Ensue proper and timely promotions of the course by highlighting the USP's to increase the quality intake of students.  12. Ensure safety of the students.  13. Ensure all the queries / grievances of the students are addressed on time.  14. Ensure the examinations are conducted religious as per the University standards.  15. Get involved in various social initiatives of the Universities.  16. Monitor the performances of the staff and act as mentor for them.  17. Ensure all the classes start on time.  18. Participate and coordinate research activities.  19. Counsel the students wherever required.  20. Any other tasks as and when assigned.
