Job Description:

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Lead . In this role you will get a chance to lead and manage a wide range of financial functions including daily accounting, financial control, budgeting, banking, taxation, transaction management, and regulatory compliance. The role will also encompass responsibility for MIS reporting, statutory audits, bank payments, and managing foreign investments such as ODI and FDI.

We are a highly collaborative team that loves sharing new ideas, thinking about the future of the Music Industry and helping a company to get there.

What You'll Do:

- Comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to drive data-informed business decisions and strategic insights.

- Assist in the fundraise process from managing convertible notes to share holding agreements. Investor relations management.

- Evaluate investment related decisions by the founding team and assist in the same

- Streamline and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring precise financial management, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of all transactions that includes royalty payments, salary disbursements, vendor payments etc.

- Ensure seamless compliance with regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF filings, statutory audits, and corporate governance activities.

- Drive strategic budgeting and financial control by collaborating with departments, analyzing variances, optimizing costs, and ensuring asset protection through robust controls.

- Oversee banking operations, manage FDI/ODI compliance, and optimize investment processes while maintaining strong partner relationships and financial accountability.

- Expertly manage specialized transactions and equity processes, including loan-to-equity conversions, share issuance compliance, and royalty operations aligned with contractual obligations.

- Manage diverse financial operations, including ad-hoc payments, credit management, and timely reimbursements, ensuring seamless adherence to financial obligations.

What We're Looking For:

- 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, preferably in the entertainment / E-commerce process industry or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and other tax regulations.

- Familiarity with FDI/ODI regulations, statutory audit procedures, financial reports, and accounting specifications.

- A creative and result oriented mindset and should have excellent data analysis and advanced excel reporting skills.

- Demonstrates exceptional analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management expertise.
