Specialist will work closely the Program Strategy Anchor of the Enjoy English & CEFL project. The Specialist would influence highly skilled, energetic and multifaceted team members who excel in training, field work, work towards implementation of both programs in all the focus districts

In this role, some of your responsibilities will include

Program Specialist Key Responsibilities

1. Program Strategy & Goal Achievement

- Assist the Program Strategy Anchor in setting and achieving program goals, ensuring all objectives are met successfully with rigor in thought (design), action (delivery), and learning (documentation).

2. Parent Engagement & Communication

- Design and implement innovative engagement strategies (workshops, WhatsApp/IVRS campaigns, quizzes) to strengthen parent participation and feedback loops.

3. Content & Training Support

- Contribute to the design and review of curricular content (including ORACY for primary and middle school), session plans, and training resources for Block Coordinators, Ward Coordinators, and Community Education Workers.

4. Capacity Building & Team Support

- Support training design, execution, and observation; ensure management structures are followed diligently and provide personalized support to team members when required.

5. Program Design & App Configuration

- Support design and continuous improvement of app flows, PAL, parent data flows, and monitoring

systems; create units, quizzes, engagement scores, and review wireframes/bugs for FLN apps.

6. Technology & Data Systems

- Collaborate with operations and tech teams to ensure clean CRM data, smooth system usage, and process improvements in workflows and user experience.

7. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)

- Collect and analyze data from quizzes, observations, and field visits; identify trends, bright spots, and challenges to inform program design and decision-making.

8. Research, Field Insights & Innovation

- Conduct research and periodic school/community visits to gather first-hand insights; pilot new engagement models, communication campaigns, and curricular innovations.

9. Cross-Functional & External Collaboration

- Build strong relationships with internal teams and partner schools to ensure efficient coordination; collaborate with academics, MEL, operations, and communications teams for effective delivery.

10. Documentation, Reporting & Strategic Communication

- Prepare program documentation, donor reports, presentations, and repositories; support in articulating Madhis strategic approach and contribute to fundraising proposals and external communications.
