The Role:

Were hiring a Senior Social Media Strategist who can own end-to-end brand growth on socialfrom insight to idea to execution to scale.

No hand-holding.

Youve shipped bold social campaigns, grown brand handles, run performance ads, and integrated influencer marketing into the mix.

Youll lead strategy, orchestrate execution, and be accountable for outcomes.

What Youll Do:

- Lead strategy: Turn business goals into platform-specific social strategies (Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.) with clear POVs on content formats, frequency, creator mix, and paid support.

- Concept & campaigns: Invent out-of-the-box, thumb-stopping ideas (series, stunts, collabs, UGC challenges) and turn them into executable campaign plans with timelines, storyboards, scripts, and shot-lists.

- Full-funnel execution: Drive calendars, content production, publishing, community management, and real-time optimization.

- Influencer marketing: Build creator shortlists, negotiate/brief creators, align deliverables, and integrate creator outputs into paid and organic plans.

- Paid media: Plan and run ads across Meta/Instagram, YouTube, Google, and LinkedIn; manage budgets, audiences, creatives, A/B tests; optimize for ROAS/CAC/CPV/Reach goals.

- Analytics & growth: Set KPIs, instrument tracking (UTMs, GA4), build dashboards, and translate insights into weekly/Monthly performance improvements.

- Client leadership: Present strategies and post-mortems, align stakeholders, and mentor internal executors (design, video, community, media buying).

- Process & quality: Build playbooks, QA checklists, and best practices that improve speed and output quality across accounts.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience in tier-2/3 audience growth and regional content.

- Working knowledge of AI-assisted workflows (idea gen, scripting, edits, variations).

- Comfort with Figma/Canva for quick mockups and briefs.

- Familiarity with creator platforms (e.g., Xley or similar) and affiliate/UGC programs.
