Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager / Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, key account management, branding, and demand generation, along with proven leadership capabilities.
This role involves close collaboration with leadership, product, and operations teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies, build high-performing sales teams, and achieve ambitious business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Plan and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Oversee campaigns across digital, social media, events, partnerships, and traditional channels.
- Work closely with product teams to define positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using data-driven insights.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-oriented, and customer-centric culture.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools for pipeline visibility and analytics.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or senior leadership position.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Strong experience in strategic sales planning, demand generation, and branding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
