Key Responsibilities


Business Development


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (domestic and/or international).

- Develop a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.

- Generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities aligned with business goals.

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service pitches to prospective clients and decision-makers.

- Close deals by negotiating pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements.

- Monitor and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support.


Strategic Marketing


- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing plans, product positioning, and branding activities.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation studies to inform business strategy.

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for lead generation campaigns, SEO, content development, and social media presence.

- Represent the company in industry exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.


Client Relationship Management


- Act as a point of contact for key clients; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, feedback, and industry trends to inform service improvement.

- Work closely with internal teams (product, delivery, customer success) to fulfill client requirements efficiently.


Reporting & Analysis


- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market intelligence.

- Track marketing metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns.

- Maintain CRM systems with accurate and updated client information, activities, and documentation.


Required Skills and Experience


- 712 years of proven experience in business development, B2B marketing, or solution selling.

- Experience working in sectors such as manufacturing, technology, consulting, or industrial products is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of sales funnel management, market mapping, and strategic client acquisition.

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPI benchmarks.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), and digital marketing platforms.

- Ability to travel for business meetings, events, or customer engagements as needed.
