Macawber Beekay - Project Manager - Coal Handling System

- Support project execution of Coal Handling System (CHP) projects from Head Office.

- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and vendor documents related to CHP.

- Coordinate with design, procurement, planning, and site teams for smooth execution.

- Track project schedules, procurement, and dispatches to ensure timely site delivery.

- Handle client and consultant communications, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation.

- Assist in resolving technical queries from site and vendors.

- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and take corrective actions.

- Prepare progress reports, MOMs, billing documents, and handover records.
