Key Responsibilities include:

- Managing project activities from planning, budgeting, execution, to completion, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

- Enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure high quality standards and adherence to project specifications.

- Acting as the primary point of contact for coordination with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

- Managing site personnel, delegating tasks, organizing work schedules, and ensuring proper use of resources.

- Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and preparing detailed reports for senior management.

- Proactively resolving issues, conflicts, and risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.

- Controlling project costs and ensuring expenditures stay within budget.

- Maintaining accurate documentation including site diaries, progress reports, change orders, and quality records.
