Strategic Analysis & Research
- Conduct structured research and analysis on market opportunities, competitive landscape, and business models to support strategic decision-making
- Develop business cases, strategic frameworks, and scenario analyses for evaluating new initiatives and partnerships
- Synthesise complex, multi-source information into crisp, decision-ready outputs for senior leadership
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, data analysis, and content development across workstreams
Financial Modelling & Analytical Rigour
- Build and maintain financial models - including revenue projections, sensitivity analyses, and return frameworks - to evaluate strategic options
- Conduct rigorous financial and operational analysis, identifying key value drivers, risks, and performance metrics
- Support evaluation of business opportunities through structured frameworks covering financial, commercial, and operational dimensions
Project Management & Execution
- Own end-to-end project management for assigned strategic workstreams - from scoping and planning through to execution and closure
- Maintain trackers, workplan documents, and milestone dashboards; proactively flag risks and manage dependencies
- Coordinate across internal functions - finance, product, legal, compliance, and business - to drive alignment and timely execution
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Prepare high-quality, boardroom-ready presentations, memos, and briefing documents for senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Drive structured communication across workstreams - ensuring clarity, consistency, and appropriate escalation
- Engage professionally with senior bankers, advisors, and institutional counterparts as required
Parameter Requirement
Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA) - preferred; MBA from a reputed institution also considered
Total Experience 2-3 years post-qualification
- Background Strategy consulting (Big 4 management consulting) strongly preferred
- Financial Modelling Proficiency in Excel modelling; experience with financial analysis, valuation, scenario planning
- AI Proficiency Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity - preferred
- Tools PowerPoint, Excel - advanced proficiency required
- Communication Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage and present to senior audiences
- Domain Prior exposure to fintech, BFSI, or financial services - an advantage
