Position: Corporate Relationship Manager - SCG
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the Strategic Corporates Group (SCG) franchise across the assigned territory(SCG includes companies with turnover of INR 5,000 Cr+; MNCs with INR 2,000 Cr+ turnover; and conglomerate group entities)
- Achieve the annual business plan and revenue targets for the SCG vertical
- Drive cross-selling of TReDS, Digital Supply Chain Finance platforms, and ITFS solutions
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize productivity
- Maintain robust MIS and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Implement disciplined sales processes and adopt industry best practices
- Share regular market insights and feedback with internal teams to support product enhancement and innovation
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies (KYC/AML, Operational Risk Management, etc.)
- Integrate risk monitoring as a core component of the business process
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the organization's culture and values
Profile & Qualifications
- 12-15 years of experience in Wholesale Banking, Corporate Banking, or Fintech, with strong exposure to large corporate relationships
- Proven engagement with Corporate Treasurers, CFOs, and Promoters in the large corporate segment
- Hands-on experience across Supply Chain Finance products, with a solid understanding of digital and technology-led solutions
- Strong relationship management capabilities and experience in handling complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
- Prior experience working on digital platforms is mandatory
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
