M1xchange is one of India's leading Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) platforms, enabling MSMEs to access affordable working capital through digital invoice discounting. With a strong base of 5,000+ corporates and MSMEs onboarded on our TReDS platform, we are expanding our footprint in Dynamic Discounting to further strengthen working capital solutions for corporates and their supplier ecosystems.

Mynd Fintech is a digital supply chain finance marketplace and fintech platform established as a 100 % subsidiary of M1xchange. It was created to digitize and scale access to working capital for enterprises and their MSME supply ecosystems by orchestrating financing transactions between corporates (anchors), vendors/dealers, and lenders (banks & NBFCs) through technology-led, end-to-end processes.

Role Overview

We are looking for high-energy Corporate Sales professionals to drive the growth of our Dynamic Discounting Business.


The role will focus on:

- Cross-selling Dynamic Discounting solutions to our existing base of TReDS clients

- Acquiring new corporate clients independently

- Driving end-to-end sales cycles in supply chain finance solutions

- This is an individual contributor role ideal for professionals passionate about trade finance, structured solutions, and B2B enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Selling to Existing Clients

- Identify opportunities within the existing TReDS client base

- Engage with CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Procurement Heads

- Structure and pitch Dynamic Discounting programs aligned to client working capital objectives

- Drive program onboarding and activation

2. New Client Acquisition

- Prospect and generate leads independently

- Build relationships with mid-to-large corporates

- Conduct solution presentations and commercial negotiations

- Close deals and ensure smooth implementation

3. Revenue & Growth Ownership

- Own revenue targets for assigned territory

- Develop strategic account plans

- Build long-term client relationships

4. Market Intelligence

- Track competitive offerings in supply chain finance

- Identify emerging industry trends

- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams

Eligibility Criteria

2-5 years of experience in:

- Supply Chain Finance

- Trade Finance

- Working Capital Solutions

- Corporate/Institutional Sales (Financial Products)

Prior experience in:

- Dynamic Discounting / Reverse Factoring

- Banking / NBFC Trade Finance Teams

- Fintech platforms in Supply Chain Finance

Strong understanding of:

- Receivables financing

- Payables financing

- Corporate treasury operations

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong B2B sales orientation

- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership-driven approach

- Analytical and structured thinking
