Job Title: Manager - Investment Data Services

Function: Investment Operations

Sub Function: Investment Data Services

Location: Mumbai

Shift: UK hours

Key Responsibilities:

- Use Fundipedias automated tools to reconcile data across vendors and internal systems.

- Ensure fund data meets regulatory standards (e.g., MiFID II, PRIIPs, SFDR).

- Liaise with investment teams, compliance, distribution, and external vendors.

- Generate and validate reports for internal use and regulatory submissions.

- Support onboarding of new funds and changes to existing fund structures.

- Manage day-to-day fund data operations in Fundipedia.

- Ensure timely updates and accuracy of fund attributes.

- Perform reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies.

- Coordinate with Fundipedia support and internal IT for issue resolution.

- Support AVP in project execution and stakeholder communication.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Strong understanding of fund structures, share classes, and investment products.

- Hands-on experience with Fundipedia or similar EDM platforms.

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II).

- Familiarity with data reconciliation, data dictionaries, and audit trails.

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 5+ years in leadership roles focused on data quality and servicing

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Data Science, or related fields

- Certifications like CFA, FRM, or Data Management certifications preferred
