Performance Optimization:
- Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Adjust bids, targeting, and creative elements to maximize ROI and minimize wastage.
- Leverage automation tools and scripts to enhance campaign efficiency and scale.
- Utilize audience segmentation and remarketing to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and ad platform innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Tag Manager.
- Present actionable insights, campaign learnings, and ROI reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure accurate attribution modeling and tracking of KPIs.
- Develop dashboards to visualize paid search performance trends and forecast future outcomes.
Budget Management:
- Plan and manage monthly and quarterly paid search budgets across geographies and campaigns.
- Monitor daily spend to ensure campaigns remain within budget while achieving target performance metrics.
- Optimize bidding strategies and budget allocations to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business planning and forecasting.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with creative, content, SEO, and web development teams to ensure landing page relevance and ad consistency.
- Partner with product and category teams to launch and promote seasonal or campaign-specific offers.
- Liaise with platform representatives (Google, Microsoft, etc.) to stay informed on new features and beta opportunities.
- Support integrated marketing initiatives by aligning paid search with display, social, and influencer campaigns.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale SEM/PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and related platforms.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, match types, bidding strategies, ad extensions, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Experience with Shopping Ads, Dynamic Remarketing, and Display campaigns.
- Deep understanding of CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion tracking metrics.
- Ability to create compelling ad copies and optimize creatives for performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
- Knowledge of automation scripts, Smart Bidding strategies, and AI-driven campaign optimization
