Description:
Core Purpose:
- Lead planning & execution of OOH, DOOH, offline activations & event marketing, while proactively driving new business opportunities and managing vendor partnerships end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (primary focus)
- Identify & prospect new clients/brands for OOH & experiential marketing.
- Build a robust pipeline, craft proposals & close deals.
- Maintain strong industry relationships with marketers, agencies & decision makers.
Campaign & Activation Execution
- Design and deliver OOH/DOOH campaigns location mapping, formats, negotiation, tracking.
- Plan and execute on-ground activations & events venues, production, logistics.
Vendor Ecosystem & Commercials
- Build and maintain a reliable vendor network for outdoor & activation needs.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and ensure flawless, timely delivery.
Measurement & Reporting
- Track impact (reach, engagement, leads, ROI) and share performance dashboards with clients.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven BD and sales track record in media/marketing; ability to convert cold leads to accounts.
- Deep knowledge of OOH, DOOH & activation landscape sites, formats, costing.
- Negotiation & commercial acumen; comfortable with P&L and margin management.
- Strong presentation, pitching & relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on execution mindset can oversee end-to-end campaigns.
Profile Fit:
- Decent experience in OOH, DOOH & BTL activations (agency or brand side).
- Past exposure to large-format outdoor media + experiential campaigns.
- Confident, resourceful, good communicator with growth mindset
