About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly strategic and creatively driven Group Head - Copywriter to lead conceptual thinking, elevate copy quality, and drive impactful storytelling across brands.

- This is an individual contributor role, and while team management is not a fixed requirement, it may evolve based on business needs.

- The ideal candidate should bring a strong understanding of branding, campaign thinking, and audience-first messaging, along with an ability to work independently while influencing creative direction across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and lead copy development across major campaigns and key brand touchpoints-digital, print, video, and social.

- Translate marketing strategies into clear and compelling ideas that resonate with target audiences.

- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Account Managers to ensure the copy aligns with creative vision and campaign goals.

- Present ideas and copy to clients with confidence, articulating strategic thinking behind concepts and revisions.

- Maintain consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across different brands and platforms.

- Independently manage multiple projects and deadlines while upholding quality standards.

- Stay on top of content, cultural, and platform trends to ensure relevance and innovation in copy.

- Provide mentorship or guidance to junior copywriters when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 7-9 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a creative agency setup.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of campaign work across different industries and formats.

- Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking ability, paired with top-notch writing skills.

- Proven experience in brand storytelling, campaign ideation, and persuasive content creation.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience.

- Deep understanding of digital platforms, audience behavior, and integrated marketing principles.

- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
