- As a Creative Strategist, you will be the mastermind behind innovative and effective influencer campaigns.


- You'll blend creativity with data-driven insights to develop strategies that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Campaign Development:

- Develop original campaign concepts tailored to clients brand goals, audience, and platform dynamics.

- Craft compelling narratives and briefs for influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand tone and messaging.

Strategic Planning:

- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, from ideation to execution, including influencer selection, content themes, and distribution plans while ensuring there's synergy between what's planned and what's being executed.

- Leverage market research, audience insights, and performance metrics to inform creative decisions.

Client Collaboration:

- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, pitch ideas, and refine strategies based on feedback.

- Present creative concepts and campaign plans to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Cross-functional Coordination:

- Partner with internal teams (accounts, production, and analytics) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

- Collaborate with influencers to co-create content that meets both brand and creator objectives.

Performance Optimization:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and ROI.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 2+ years in creative strategy, content marketing, influencer marketing, or advertising.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer-led campaigns.

Creative Vision & Execution:

- Strong storytelling and conceptual skills with an eye for visually engaging content.

- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.

Analytical Mindset:

- Ability to interpret data and insights to inform and optimize creative strategies.

- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

Communication Skills:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to pitch ideas persuasively.

- Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.

Leadership:

- Capable of mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
