Job Title: Senior Account Manager (E-commerce).

Location: Gurugram.

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce account management.

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join L&F.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling client businesses across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Blinkit/Instamart.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end brand presence on e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

- Drive performance marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase visibility and sales.

- Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution of campaigns and optimizations.

- Create weekly/monthly reports with performance analysis, insights, and action plans.

- Plan and execute platform-specific brand strategies for visibility, conversion, and revenue growth.

- Handle cataloguing, A+ content, SEO, and operations in coordination with internal teams.

- Maintain strong relationships with platform category managers to drive additional visibility.

Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce account management.

- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and quick commerce (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto).

- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with advertising dashboards and reporting tools.

- Excellent client servicing and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Prior agency experience is a strong plus.
