Your Role: - Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Lytx's video telematics cloud technology line of business. - Collaborate with customers, internal partners, and engineering teams to identify market opportunities and align product portfolio investments. - Identify and prioritize product needs by considering customer feedback, market trends, and relevant factors. - Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement new product features and enhancements. - Monitor product performance, conduct competitive analysis, and determine areas for improvement. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Lytx remains at the forefront of innovation. Your Qualifications: - Proven experience in product management, preferably in the software or technology industry preferably 4+ years onwards. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. - Passionate about driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong drive to succeed. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and market demands. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
