About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of solar project executionfrom contract initiation through final completion. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and is committed to ensuring projects move forward without delays.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a passive coordination position. You will be responsible for actively driving progress, resolving roadblocks, communicating across departments, and ensuring projects never become stagnant. Managing 2030 active projects at once, you will collaborate closely with sales, operations, permitting, installation, and post-operations teams to deliver a seamless and efficient project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage 2030 active solar projects simultaneously, overseeing progression from contract to completion.

- Drive project execution proactively by identifying issues early, resolving blockers, and ensuring nothing stalls in the pipeline.

- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, operations, permitting, installation, and post-ops teams to maintain smooth handoffs and timely progress.

- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-schedule execution across all stages.

- Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date documentation within the CRM for all assigned projects.

- Monitor project SLAs and ensure no project becomes idle or delayed without appropriate escalation.

- Communicate consistently, professionally, and clearly with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders.

- Anticipate potential delays or issues through strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and take pre-emptive action.

- Improve workflow efficiency by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.

- Remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in project management or operations (solar, construction, or SaaS preferred).

- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving projects with competing deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for U.S.-facing coordination.

- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and coordination abilities.

- High comprehension and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.

- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to follow-through.

- Calm, professional, and consistent communication style under pressure.

- Experience working with U.S. or international teams is preferred.

- 95%+ on-time project progression across all stages of the lifecycle.

- Zero idle projects in the pipeline beyond established SLAs.

- 100% accurate CRM documentation for all assigned projects.
