About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of solar projects, from contract initiation through final completion. This role demands strong ownership, exceptional coordination, and the ability to manage a high volume of active projects without losing momentum.

This is a hands-on position-not passive coordination. You will be responsible for driving progress, ensuring cross-functional alignment, anticipating issues before they arise, and preventing delays at every stage of the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, permitting, installation teams, and post-operations to deliver an efficient and seamless project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage 20-30 active solar projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time progression and full pipeline visibility.

- Drive project execution from contract signing through final completion, ensuring all tasks move forward efficiently and accurately.

- Coordinate across multiple departments including sales, operations, permitting, installation, and post-ops to keep each project on schedule.

- Identify bottlenecks early and take proactive steps to resolve or escalate them promptly.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all assigned projects within the CRM.

- Track project milestones, SLAs, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.

- Communicate professionally and consistently with U.S.-based teams and customers.

- Ensure no project becomes idle or falls behind established timelines.

- Review documents, verify project requirements, and anticipate operational risks.

- Support continuous improvement of project timelines, workflows, and communication processes.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in project management or operations (solar, construction, or SaaS experience preferred).

- Proven track record managing high-volume, fast-moving projects with tight and competing deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (U.S.-facing coordination).

- Strong organizational, coordination, and prioritization abilities.

- High problem-solving and comprehension skills; able to anticipate issues before they occur.

- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

- Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional under pressure.

- Experience working with U.S. or international teams is preferred.

- 95%+ on-time project progression across all stages.

- Zero idle projects in the pipeline beyond agreed SLAs.

- 100% accurate CRM documentation for all active projects.

- Timely escalation and resolution of blockers to prevent workflow interruptions.
