Head - Marketing
Description:
- We are hiring a Head of Marketing and Growth to own the entire demand generation engine.
- This person will build and lead the marketing function, drive profitable customer acquisition for the US solar business, and turn marketing into a predictable revenue engine.
- You will be responsible for strategy, execution and team building across paid media, content, creative, website, tracking, analytics and funnel optimization.
- You will work directly with the founder and sales leadership in the US.
- Own the marketing and growth strategy, including channel mix, budget allocation, performance targets, and the roadmap for lead and booking generation.
- Build and manage a high-performing team across media buying, content, creative, marketing operations, and analytics.
- Drive performance marketing across Meta, Google, and additional channels to generate qualified solar leads at or below target CPL and CPS.
- Design, test, and optimize full funnels from ad to booked appointment, including landing pages, forms, routing, nurture flows, and remarketing.
- Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and reporting across CRM, ad platforms, and analytics tools so every dollar of spend is accountable.
- Collaborate with sales and operations leadership to define lead quality, refine targeting, and iterate quickly using sales feedback and close-rate data.
- Own the company's brand presence, including website, social channels, creative direction, and online reputation management.
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage external agencies and vendors while keeping core strategy and intelligence in-house.
- Develop playbooks, SOPs, dashboards, and repeatable systems to make marketing scalable and reliable.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing or growth roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership/ownership role.
- Proven B2C marketing experience, preferably in high-velocity consumer acquisition environments.
- Demonstrated success in the US market, including running profitable paid campaigns for US consumers.
- Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets in Meta and Google Ads with a strong record of hitting unit-economics targets.
- Deep analytical strengths comfort with funnels, cohorts, CPL, CPS, CAC, LTV, and payback calculations.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing-page builders, analytics platforms, and CRMs.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and managing a lean, high-output marketing team with clear KPIs.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to align closely with US-based leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Strong bias for execution, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
- You ship campaigns and take ownership of results.
