Leadership: - Develop Lykis Limited level Technology vision, strategy, and a roadmap along with Lykis Limited's management and CIO. Lead the Technology team in Lykis Limited and its business partners in effective execution. Work along with Lykis Limited's management and CIO to align this vision in line company's vision and IT strategy - Ensure, on an ongoing basis, that current and planned technical architecture, investments and solutions are aligned with company's business objectives. - Develop and execute an analytics program that will allow the Lykis Limited to make data-based decisions. - Build strong relationships with all internal/ external customers and their leaders, and develop a detailed understanding of their issues, challenges and opportunities. - Implement the most appropriate and effective IT organizational design at Lykis Limited to support and engage with the business. - Ensure transparency and collaboration between the Technology organization and its business partners. - Work with Lykis Limited management and CIO and contribute in executing the company wide IT initiatives Team Development: - Will be responsible to build and lead the IT team within Lykis Limited. He will ensure that IT champions are developed within the business team so that Level 1 support is managed by these champions. - Hire, develop, evaluate, reward, and retain a highly-qualified team of IT professionals in Lykis Limited. - Foster a culture of innovation, transparency and accountability in IT across Lykis Limited. - Promote a "business-first" mentality at all levels. - Ensure that the IT as a Team partners with Business to understand the Business challenges and offer them solutions which are long term and definitely meet the business objective. IT Operations: - Direct the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the computing infrastructure that supports the company's operations and enterprise level business applications. - Establish metrics for managing IT effectiveness and for measuring the impact of IT on Lykis Limited level. - Establish appropriate service levels and the processes to ensure that KPIs are met. - Maintain oversight of all Technology projects, ensuring that commitments are properly planned, staffed, monitored and reported. - Establish a comprehensive enterprise information security program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of relevant data. - Lead the design and implementation of Lykis Limited-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan. - Establish and enforce IT policies, processes, portfolio management, development standards and methodologies. - Monitor the industry for developments in IT operations; evaluate and implement relevant new tools and service management frameworks. - Review, recommend, and oversee all vendors and managed service agreements for computing, telecommunications, IT services, and equipment. - Keep a tight check on the IT Budgets. Experience & Qualifications: - Qualification: BE/MBA/MCA Experience: - IT lead in export or related industry or IT lead in a consulting organization or system integrator (IBM/Accenture/TCS/Wipro/Infosys etc.). - At least 10+ years of experience. - Should have handled at least 1-2 End to End Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation - Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules systems, and developments Key Competencies: - Able to work collaboratively with diverse leaders, communicate an IT vision and strategy across all levels of the organization including Board members, and build consensus around - Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; able to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire and motivate a high performing IT team that values, transparency and accountability. - Possesses exceptional business acumen, analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent negotiating skills with external service providers. - Comfortable with ambiguity; can handle the unexpected with flexibility. - A team player who favors collaborative approaches when working with internal and external partners. - Proven ability to build trust with others through a commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards. - A high energy executive; tenacious and passionate about reaching the goal, while keeping ego in check.
