Job Title: Business Head.


Organization: LWYD Interactive.


Location: Mumbai.


Experience: 5 years of experience in a marketing, branding, or digital agency environment.


CTC Range: 12 LPA to 16LPA, depending on experience.


Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Head to lead our agencys growth, operations, and client success.

- This leadership role demands a combination of commercial acumen, marketing expertise, team management, and strong relationship building skills.

- You will drive business strategy, ensure operational excellence, and play a pivotal role in client acquisition and retention.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Strategy & Leadership

- Define and execute the agency's short and long-term strategic objectives.

- Identify new revenue opportunities and expansion strategies.

- Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and P&L ownership.

- Build and maintain a culture of high performance and accountability.


Client Leadership & Growth

- Act as the senior most point of contact for key clients.

- Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and delivering exceptional client value.

- Ensure client retention and satisfaction through strong service delivery.

- Represent the agency at industry events, pitches, and forums.


Team & Operations Management

- Oversee department leads to ensure cohesive execution.

- Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

- Implement scalable operational processes and tools.

- Promote interdepartmental collaboration and efficiency.

- Ensure cultural consistency with lead office (Bangalore).


Marketing & Innovation

- Stay on top of marketing trends and technologies to ensure agency innovation.

- Lead development of new services, products, and partnerships.


Key Requirements:


- 5 years of experience in a marketing, branding, or digital agency environment.


- Proven track record in business development and P&L management.


- Deep understanding of marketing trends, platforms, and client business challenges.


- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Masters degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
