Rapidly growing Marketing Analytics consultancy with a Digital channel focus is looking for a seasoned Lead Development Specialist to help drive our lead generation, and qualification efforts  Roles and responsibilities  - Own the P&L for all our B2B Marketing efforts  - Own the development of our Salesforce CRM database of Marketing leads  - Enrich/clean Salesforce data from various sources including but not limited to Linkedin, Hoovers, Jigsaw, and Zoominfo  - Add the segmentation dimensions to leads based on market research data  - Work with our Sales staff to provide high quality, well qualified leads through a combination of Web Analytics data analysis and also by using our Marketing automation platform  - Build up and maintain the email lists for various campaigns using Salesforce database and our Email marketing platform  - Work with our Consulting staff to provide inputs on keywords/content driving high traffic volumes  - Work with external Marketing providers (e.g Netline, Linkedin Ads, Bizo) to build and implement content marketing campaigns  Desired profile  - An entrepreneurial mind set willing to take risks in order to make it big. Big corporate mentality candidates please excuse  - At least 3 yrs. expertise in B2B Marketing with demonstrable expertise in driving acquisition and lead conversion through targeted communications  - Strong knowledge of various Marketing automation tools, technologies and concepts  - Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision  - Any exposure in similar stints in US/EU environments will be highly preferred  Location for this role is Gurgaon.
