LV Granito, headquartered in Morbi, is a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium tiles with a global presence in over 60 countries. Since 2016, we have built a reputation for innovation, quality, and design excellence in residential and commercial markets worldwide. As we expand, we are seeking dynamic Business Development Managers to drive growth in key regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with dealers, architects, builders, and project consultants to increase market share.

- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to regional market dynamics to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.

- Collaborate with dealers to establish premium LV Granito tile displays and promotional activities within assigned territories.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.

- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability and secure deals.

- Visit client sites regularly to understand their requirements, address concerns, and strengthen engagement.

- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales or business development within tiles, marble, construction materials, or related industries.

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with C-level executives, dealers, and

channel partners.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven approach.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
