Join India's leading privately held tea company - where heritage, terroir and commerce meet.
We own and operate some of the world's finest tea estates - from Darjeeling's Himalayan slopes and Assam's fertile plains to Rwanda's Western Province - with estates dating back to 1859. Our brands, shop-in-shop presence at airport retail stores and partnerships with high end hotels give us a rare, vertically integrated platform: farm-to-table control of premium teas that customers love.
We're looking for a visionary Head of eCommerce to own the P&L and scale our marketplace and D2C businesses across India, the US and new international markets. This is a high-impact, senior role for a leader who wants to build global digital commerce for a heritage luxury brand with unmatched supply-chain access and storytelling assets.
Why this is an exceptional opportunity
- Lead a premium, mission-driven business: marry century-old provenance and sustainable farming with modern digital commerce.
- True end-to-end ownership: direct access to estates, product development and supply chain - influence assortment, pricing, and margin from field to consumer.
- Global scale and brand partners: grow presence across marketplaces, D2C websites, airport retail and premium hospitality channels.
- Build and lead: recruit and scale a high-performing global team across growth, ops, and tech.
- Strategic freedom: set go-to-market and international expansion strategy with full P&L accountability.
- Impact & legacy: shape how the next generation experiences premium tea while driving profitable, sustainable growth.
Who we're looking for
- Senior eCommerce leader with proven P&L ownership across marketplaces and D2C channels.
- Experience scaling businesses internationally (India + US strongly preferred).
- Strong commercial instincts: pricing, promotions, assortment, marketplace partnerships, and digital marketing.
- Data-first mindset, operational rigor, and people leadership.
- Qualification: MBA-Marketing (institute of repute)
- Experience: 12-15 years
