About the role: LUNA is building a health-tech wearables brand for a global audience. As a Founders Office member for D2C, you will own the engine that takes us from India to new markets: how we acquire customers, what it costs, and how it scales. You will work directly with the founders, with real budgets and real ownership from day one. What you will do: - Architect LUNA's global D2C growth playbook, covering channel mix, funnel, unit economics and market-entry sequencing. - Lead multi-channel paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok and YouTube, and build out affiliates, creators and newer platforms as they emerge. - Own CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback targets, and make the calls on where the next rupee or dollar goes. - Launch and scale new markets, adapting creative, pricing, offers and messaging to local behavior. - Partner with product, brand, design and ops to tighten the funnel, from landing pages and CRO to retention and repeat purchase. - Set up the measurement stack (attribution, dashboards, experiment cadence) so decisions run on data. - Run fast experiments, kill what does not work and double down on what does. - Work with the founders on strategic projects across the business as priorities shift. What you bring: - 5+ years in D2C, consumer tech or high-growth startups, ideally in growth, performance marketing, or a founders office - strategy role. - Strong pedigree: a top-tier institution, a well-regarded D2C or consumer brand, or a fast-scaling startup. - Hands-on experience leading paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and affiliates, with budgets you have owned and scaled. - Experience launching or growing a brand across more than one geography (US, UK, Middle East, SEA or similar). - Comfort with numbers: funnel math, cohort analysis, attribution and unit economics. - A builder's mindset: you take ownership, figure things out without a playbook, and move fast with limited resources. - High adaptability and the ability to switch between strategy and execution in the same day. - Clear communication and the confidence to work closely with founders. Why LUNA: - Direct access to the founders and a seat in the decisions that shape the company. - Real ownership of a function that matters, with no layers in between. - A product with a fast-growing community, and the chance to take an Indian health-tech brand global.
