Responsibilities:
- Manage and support online key accounts on e-commerce/q-commerce platforms
- Track and update sales performance reports
- Track competition pricing and product strategies
- Monitor ROI for stakeholders and assist in basic analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations
- Support promotional activities and product listings
- Close contracts and other business responsibilities when onboarding new partners
Requirements:
- Bachelors or MBA (any discipline) Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Basic understanding of stakeholder ROI management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Past e-commerce experience preferred
- Interest/understanding of tech products (Smart TVs, Projectors, Smartphones) a plus
Prerequisites: Candidate must complete a short assignment after the first screening to qualify Assignment will be provided post first screening Candidates who are available for a F2F interview at our office will be preferred
