About the Role
As a Manager/Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the industrial and railway sectors.
You'll lead client acquisition, tendering processes, and strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate revenue and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities.
- Drive B2B industrial sales and build long-term client relationships.
- Identify and bid for relevant tenders (Govt.& PSUs, especially Indian Railways).
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve revenue and growth targets in assigned verticals.
What We're Looking For.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with a strong focus on Industrial and Railway Sales.
- Proven expertise in handling government tendering and PSU contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
