Job Overview Lumenci is hiring for a talented Sr. Executive - Customer Success to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You should have a strong understanding of client persona that can make a difference for our company's success according to market trends and client testimonials. You will be working with our customer success team based out of Gurugram, India and collaborating closely with our team in NY, Austin, and Silicon Valley, USA. The ideal candidate will be passionate for working in a B2B setting and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer delight and value to build & nurture strong and trusted relationships with key customers and business stakeholders/sponsors. Roles and Responsibilities - Keeping a track of project-wise services, technologies and stakeholders. - Working in close alignment with growth and project to meet the customer's timelines, and explore new opportunities - Manage customer relationship across the end-to-end sales lifecycle- pre to post sales - Maintain customer satisfaction through feedback & testimonials - Share regular client updates - Support and coordinate with BD and Growth for proposal data tracking, deal process, client acquisition, customer relationship - Maintain the entire growth/ BD ops/ Marketing/Customer Success process to the highest level of efficiency - Weekly calls with concerned stakeholders to maintain fast-paced deliverables as per mentioned deadlines - Support and coordinate with marketing and growth team for client acquisition. - Organize, implement, and monitor market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, market trends and other relevant marketing information to identify opportunities. - Analyzing customer data and pitching the product by helping the customer discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them or their business. Expected Competencies | Skills: - Proficiency in creating enterprise level proposals and pitch decks with short TAT. - Proficiency with project tracking, database management, process automation, and performance monitoring tools - Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories and present them with visual aesthetics to the stakeholders. - Growth mindset, and cross-functional adaptability - Analytical, data driven & a problem solver. Education and Experience - MBA in Marketing from premier business schools - 1-2 years of total experience, experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail - Hands on experience with PowerPoint, spreadsheet and process automation. - Experience in dashboard creation using Tableau or power Bi is a plus.
